Had plenty of kitchenware to impress my inner MasterChef, and even a washing machine for those unexpected laundry emergencies. The staff was surprisingly responsive, fixing my TV woes quicker than my microwave can heat up popcorn.

Found more hairs in the bathroom than a hairdresser's floor. Funny how slow the wifi gets when it has to deal with more devices than a tech-savvy family reunion.

I recently stayed at Haus in Birmingham for a week-long business trip. The apartment had everything I needed, including a wide selection of kitchenware and a convenient washing machine. The highlight, though, was the helpful and responsive staff. When I encountered issues with the TV, they sent someone to fix it within the hour. I was impressed with their promptness and willingness to assist. I had a comfortable and hassle-free stay at Haus and would definitely choose it again.

The kitchen had all the tools and utensils needed to whip up some delicious meals during our stay. We also found a washing machine, which came in handy for cleaning our clothes after days of exploring. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. When we had issues with the TV, they sent someone over promptly to fix it. Great customer service!
